Customer

  • Where do we deliver to?
    We are currently delivering food in Koreatown and the general downtown area. In the future, Tastezip will expand to the general Los Angeles area.
  • Who is delivering my food?
    Our drivers are independent contractors. Our drivers at Tastezip represent our customers. We do not represent the restaurant and we represent the customers as if they were picking up the food.
  • Can I deliver for Tastezip?
    Please contact us at contact@tastezip.com.
  • When can I make a request for an order?
    Tastezip is open to take orders from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • How do we handle transactions?
    We currently utilize Stripe to handle our transactions. We chose Stripe because we believe that they they can offer secure transactions to our customers.

    We do our best to maintain the quality and experience of the restaurant online. We make our best effort to contact restaurants to get the most up to date and accurate information. If you are the owner of the restaurant and feel that your brand is being misinterpreted, please contact us at contact@tastezip.com and we will be more than happy to remove your restaurant upon request.
